Overview
Located approximately 30 km from Pune's city center, this dam feels like an abandoned place from a movie set. Despite being a fascinating location, tourists often overlook the dam compared to other famous dams in Pune. I have visited this dam twice and found that even on the weekend, only 15-20 people were present, including families, friend groups, couples, and solo travelers like myself. During my April-May visits, I observed moderate water levels and limited greenery, but the lake remains a stunning sight. Additionally, this spot offers one of Pune's most awe-inspiring sunset views.

Not-so-good things:

- Since the road that leads there is not a main road and goes through the village and beautiful mountains, so riding on your bike/bicycle will feel like heaven!

- The area is spacious, providing ample room for personal reflection or spending intimate time with your sweetheart in nature!
- It's not a dream destination but a beautiful place for a quick escape from the city's rush
